GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - A Grand Island man is facing felony charges after he’s accused of biting a woman multiple times.
Grand Island Police arrested 35-year-old Shane Brethour after they were called to an apartment regarding a disturbance.
According to an arrest affidavit, a woman had walked into the apartment near West Fifth and North Pine streets when Brethour moved a couch in front of the door, preventing her from leaving. Brethour then attacked the woman, and threatened her before biting her.
According to court documents, an 11-year-old was in the apartment at the time of the incident and distracted Brethour so the woman could go to the bathroom and call 911.
Brethour reportedly entered the bathroom, attacking and biting the woman again.
