Syracuse, N.Y. — Police closed all lanes of Interstate 690 westbound Saturday night after a pedestrian was hit near the Teall Avenue on ramp in Syracuse, according to Onondaga County 911 dispatches.

Around 8:12 p.m., police were called to a crash on I-690 west just past the Teall Avenue on ramp. A woman ran into a lane of the highway and was hit by a truck, according to the dispatches.

The woman hit was not conscious or breathing when officers arrived, according to dispatches.

Police closed all lanes of I-690 west just past Exit 14 at Teall Avenue, according to 511NY.

The section of highway was still closed around 9 p.m.
