INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts just gained two new young fans after the team traded cornerback Sauce Gardner.
But it wasn't easy for them to process the trade.
In a video that went viral this past week, a New Jersey dad told his two sons, 9-year-old Trey and 7-year-old Bryce, about the New York Jets trading Gardner to the Colts and they were shocked.
The young boys broke down in tears and let out a few screams.
Their screams eventually turned to happiness and excitement when Gardner himself sent them brand new signed Colts jerseys.
In a video posted on X by the Colts , Gardner says, "What's going on Bryce, Trey? I just wanted to say I appreciate ya'll for the support. With that being said I'm going to be giving ya'll two of my first Colts jerseys."
