Penn State’s football program could be in the middle of a Nick Singleton revival.
Singleton, Penn State’s fourth-year running back, has rushed for 1,000 yards or more twice in his career.
Another 1,000-yard season does not appear to be in the 2025 forecast.
But Singleton, one of the top athletes on the team, has been an impact player in Penn State’s last two games.
Singleton scored a rushing touchdown in the Lions’ loss to No. 1 Ohio State two weeks ago.
And he was a major why Penn State almost upset No. 2 Indiana on Saturday at Beaver Stadium.
The Hoosiers rallied for a 27-24 win, but Singleton scored three touchdowns and totaled 93 yards on 13 total touches vs. Indiana.
Singleton looked like the Nick Singleton that was a difference-maker in the Lions’ run to last season’s playof
