Arkansas Highway Patrol

Sean Bian of Torena, Calif., was arrested Sunday in connection with trafficking a controlled substance. Bian remained in the Crawford County Detention Center on Monday on $150,000 bond.

Fort Smith

Timothy Gutierrez, 40, of Fort Smith was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of more than 2 grams of a Schedule I/II controlled substance with the purpose to deliver. Gutierrez remained in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center on Monday on $4,016 bond.
