The grieving widow of a bus driver who was killed at work has criticised the justice system after she was told his teenage attacker is set to be released early. ‌

Keith Rollinson died of a cardiac arrest in hospital following the incident at the bus station in the St Giles Road area of Elgin. ‌

The 16 year old, who could not be named for legal reasons, "rained blows" on the 58-year-old in February 2024 which brought on the fatal heart attack and efforts to revive him failed. ‌

The attacker was originally charged with murder but admitted the lesser charge of culpable homicide.
