The Disney star turned global pop sensation, who wore a pair of glittering boots stamped with a Maple Leafs logo during Monday night’s show, basked in the love from her legion of fans as she performed her second sold-out concert on the latest leg of her Short n’ Sweet Tour .

The trek, which began over a year ago in support of Carpenter’s scintillating Short n’ Sweet LP, has grown, with the singer-songwriter returning for a fresh round of North American dates that includes more songs from yet another new record, Man’s Best Friend .
