ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The owner of Super Cheap Movers LLC was arrested Wednesday morning by the St. Louis City Sheriff’s Office on active warrants while appearing at the courthouse for a civil lawsuit, following First Alert 4’s reporting on Tuesday night.
Treflin Duncan, who also operates under the alias Markell Robinson, was taken into custody during proceedings for a case involving customer Stephanie Mickles, who is suing the company.
Mickles hired Super Cheap Movers on Oct. 3 to move items from her boutique to another location. She agreed to pay $584 total, but said the balance nearly doubled as the job continued.
