Hamilton Accies owner Seref Zengin has launched an astonishing attack on the SFA and SPFL – accusing them of taking ‘revenge’ on the club, trying to ‘sabotage’ a takeover deal and force them into administration.
And he claims a current investigation into fraud at the club ‘runs all the way to the high end of Scottish football’.
Mr Zengin – who has complained to the Scottish Government over the behaviour of the governing body towards Accies in recent months – has called for an independent regulator to look into the national game at the very top.
