Another company has recalled its nutritional supplement that has been linked to a Salmonella outbreak in the U.S.
Food to Live of Brooklyn, New York, has recalled its organic moringa leaf powder and organic supergreens powder mix, according to an announcement with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration .
The Food to Live products recalled are:
Organic moringa leaf powder in 8 ounce, 1 pound, 2 pound, 4 pound, 8 pound, 16 pound and 44 pound bags.
Organic supergreens powder mix in 8 ounce, 1 pound, 1.5 pound, 3 pound, 6 pound and 12 pound bags.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there have been 11 cases of Salmonella infection in seven states linked to moringa leaf powder. Three of those people had to be hospitalized.
