These officers demonstrated exceptional commitment over a 43-day government shutdown by maintaining transportation operations.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem emphasized the officers' contributions, highlighting their readiness to take on additional shifts, facilitating passenger movement during chaotic times.
