HUBBARD - A superseding indictment has been filed for a woman arrested following a raid at a massage parlor in Hubbard back in February.
Furong Li, who was arrested after a raid at 3C Foot Spa in Hubbard in February of 2025, was originally indicted in July on charges of promoting prostitution, practicing medicine without a license and soliciting,
The new indictment, filed Thursday, November 14 adds a specification for forfeiture of property to the prostitution charge.
According to the indictment, Li possessed $5,864 in cash, as well as an Apple MacBook and two iPhones that were all connected to the alleged offense.
The superseding indictment also shows a new charge of possessing criminal tools, which allegedly included the previously mentioned MacBook and iPhones, as well as rubbi
