ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - An inmate at Atlanta’s federal prison will spend 16 more months behind bars after he headbutted a guard, according to prosecutors.
On Wednesday, 38-year-old Fabian Taylor Jr. was sentenced to an additional one year and four months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, said the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia.
The attack happened while Taylor, of Columbia Heights, Minnesota, was serving a sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Atlanta for unlawfully possessing a firearm, escape and violating the conditions of his release, prosecutors said.
