SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - First responders were sent to a crash on Highway 75, near the Plymouth and Woodbury County line, where officials say members of a local basketball team were hurt.

On Saturday, Nov. 15, shortly before 1 p.m., first responders were called to a two-vehicle crash involving a bus. The crash happened on U.S. Highway 75 near C80, and officials have confirmed the Remsen St. Mary’s girls basketball team was on the bus.

“Upon arrival, crews found a passenger vehicle in the southbound lane fully involved on fire, and a Remsen St. Mary’s school bus in the intersection with impact damage to the driver’s side.
