GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - Sam Jones BBQ celebrated its 10th anniversary on Sunday with a smokehouse showdown that raised money for Make-A-Wish Eastern NC.

Attendees purchased tickets to receive plates from four teams made up of Jones BBQ staff. Once all the barbecue had been tasted, people voted on their favorites.

All proceeds went to Make-A-Wish, giving the community a chance to give back.

Sam Jones and his team say they were glad to have the opportunity to bring the community together and give everyone an opportunity to give back.
