There’s not much room left in the Maple Leafs’ infirmary.
Centre Nicolas Roy was the latest addition on Monday, joining an injured group that includes captain Auston Matthews, centre Scott Laughton, defencemen Chris Tanev and Brandon Carlo and goaltender Anthony Stolarz.
Roy is suffering from an upper-body injury, coach Craig Berube said after practice at the Ford Performance Centre, and will not play against the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday.

This development comes after Roy played a season-high 19 minutes 45 seconds on Saturday against the Blackhawks in Chicago, including being on the ice for the final shift of the game as the Leafs lost 3-2.
