Caught on camera: Birmingham woman says she was locked inside salon over $50; demands owner's arrest

In a shocking TikTok with more than a million views, video shows a Birmingham woman’s experience visiting a braiding salon.

Jessica Odom told WVTM 13 she was excited to get her hair braided at Mama Gifted Hands on Parkway East in Birmingham’s Roebuck area. She said she loved the way her hair looked after she got out of the chair, but that quickly changed when she was locked inside the salon over $50 and had her hair pulled out. Now, she’s demanding the salon owner’s arrest.
