SPOKANE, Wash. – Residents of a home in Spokane's Logan neighborhood experienced a frightening incident early Saturday morning.

At 2:00 a.m., one of the five people living in the home reported seeing someone with a hoodie in her room. Although it was dark and blurry, she went back to sleep.

Later, another roommate returned home around 5:00 a.m. to find the front door wide open. She discovered her room had been rifled through.

"I know our doors were shut when we had left," she said. "And then I see my backpacks, their pockets are open and the things are like pulled out. Then, my wallet and keys are gone and my purse from off my desk. That's when I've noticed, I've been robbed."

Another woman in the house described the burglary as an emotional violation.
