ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A repeat offender who Kirkwood neighbors said has returned to terrorize them is now back in jail.
DeKalb County records show Stroud has dozens of misdemeanor convictions over decades for trespassing and stalking.
Now county court records show Stroud is being charged with felony aggravated stalking, misdemeanor probation violation and public indecency.
Residents say they are feeling relieved and ecstatic to know that Rodney Stroud will stay in jail because of the felony aggravated stalking charge.
One victim who spoke anonymously said said she met with the District Attorney’s victim advocacy group on Tuesday after Stroud’s arrest.
