For generations, women have been fighting for something incredibly basic: equal opportunities. Equal pay. Equal respect. The freedom to build a life on our own terms.
And yet, when Upasana Konidela echoed these very ideas to a room full of students, she was slammed, called “woke,” “capitalist,” “tone-deaf,” and worse. All because, along with ten perfectly reasonable points, she dared to mention egg freezing as an “insurance” that allows women to chase their goals without racing against biology.
