DETROIT - We’ll see mostly sunny and dry conditions for the next couple of days in Southeast Michigan. Temperatures will be in the 40s to low 50s. But the forecast does show one window for rain.

It’s not expected to be a heavy rain, but Detroit and its outlying areas could see some drizzle developing by Thursday night. It should arrive about the same time as a mini cold front pushes through the area.

Any rain will be short-lived. By Friday, we’re forecast to turn the corner into another high pressure system. So that should bring in more dry air and temperatures warming up into the mid-50s.
