Police on Wednesday said they were looking for a 14-year-old boy who went missing from his Bronx home two weeks ago.
NYPD officials said Ajay Cabrera left his apartment building at NYCHA’s John Adams Houses on East 152nd Street and Tinton Avenue around 3 p.m. on Nov. 4 and hasn’t been seen since. They said they were still investigating why he left, but noted he hasn’t done anything like this in the past.
Cabrera is about 5’2” and 140 pounds, with brown eyes and curly hair, according to police. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and tan shorts.
Police are asking anyone with information about Cabrera’s whereabouts to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). People can also submit tips on the Crime Stoppers website
