A new chapter opened for many young children in New Hampshire’s North Country earlier this year when Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library began mailing free books to their homes each month, but a local nonprofit that helped cover the cost of shipping is now worried it may not be able to continue its support after losing federal funding.
