Liv Crete-Sayer of Boscawen Elementary School has been elected New Hampshire’s 2026 Kid Governor, NH Civics announced Wednesday.
Crete-Sayer, a fifth grader, will be inaugurated Jan. 27 for her one-year term at the State House along with her Kid Executive Council members Chase Aldridge of Maple Street School in Hopkinton, Ben Webb of Auburn Village School, Prudence Krecklow of Rye Junior High School, Mac Ouellette of Kenneth A. Brett School in Tamworth, Lauren Heath of Webster Elementary School in Webster and Phia Scott of Lancaster Elementary School.
Peers across the state elected Crete-Sayer, who ran on a platform to address the dangers of smoking, vaping and drug use. She will succeed Jade Adams of Harrisville .
