NEW DELHI :A group of 272 prominent citizens including retired judges, bureaucrats and armed forces veterans Wednesday wrote an open letter, lashing out at Congress neta Rahul Gandhi for unleashing his "impotent rage born out of repeated electoral failure" to tarnish EC's dignity. They said Rahul has repeatedly attacked EC over accusations of "vote theft" using "unbelievably uncouth rhetoric", and claimed he would "hound" officers when they superannuate from the poll authority. They said instead of offering "genuine policy alternatives," Rahul has resorted to "unsubstantiated accusations."
