CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Federal agents have arrested more than 250 people since Saturday , as part of an immigration operation in Charlotte, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Wednesday.

Among the arrests during “ Operation Charlotte’s Web ” are two gang members and nearly four dozen people wanted or convicted of assaults, DUIs, and thefts, DHS said on Monday.

The federal agency released the names and faces of 11 of those individuals it considered the “worst of the worst.” Of the more than 250 arrests in Charlotte, those are the only names and faces the department has released to this point.
