NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A meeting held on Wednesday morning shed light on how Nashville and the Metro area are doing when it comes to growth and development.
The 46th Annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate meeting was held on Wednesday morning at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. It’s hosted by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and PwC.
The panel of speakers at the event included speakers from PwC, The Fallon Company, Stream Realty, MRP Realty, Nelson Community Partners, and Metro Planning Department.
More than 450 real estate professionals attended the event.
Real estate professionals gather each year to look at where Nashville has been when it comes to housing and where the city is going.
According to the ULI, Nashville was ranked as the No. 1 “market to watch” in 2022, 2023,
