ELLICOTT CITY, Md. —

You've no doubt seen a " Little Free Library " in neighborhoods across Baltimore — but perhaps none like this.

Howard County leaders on Thursday unveiled a Little Free Library on Main Street in Old Ellicott City's Tiber Park that's shaped like the TARDIS from "Doctor Who."

But unlike the TARDIS from the show, this one will not travel through time. Instead, it will journey across the county to bring books to schools and community centers.

The new concept celebrates the "take a book, share a book" idea behind the Little Free Libraries in honor of National Family Literacy Month, and also marks "Doctor Who Day" on Sunday.
