After his 16-year-old son was charged in a Lancaster attempted homicide, a Tennessee man repeatedly texted and called family members with whom the boy was living, threatening to hurt them and burn down their house, police said.

That lead to Calvin Williams, 39, being extradited from his home in Memphis to Lancaster County Prison on 12 counts of making terroristic threats, as well as two counts each of stalking and harassment. His wife, Andrea Williams, is also charged with two counts of conspiracy to make terroristic threats.

An affidavit of probable cause filed by Lancaster Township police gave this account:
