BISMARCK — The script seemed to be written after two sets Thursday afternoon at the Bismarck Event Center.
It looked like top-seeded Langdon Area-Munich would take care of business against eighth-seeded Central McLean in the North Dakota Division B state quarterfinals.

Langdon Area-Munich head coach Rich Olson told his players to "steal back momentum" heading into the fifth. They obliged.
The Cardinals dominated the final set for a 3-2 win (25-20, 25-10, 22-25, 24-26, 15-6), advancing to Friday's semifinals.
