A 56-year-old man was arrested after he was thrown out of a Lebanon County bar and pulled a gun on the bar manager, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Just after midnight on Nov. 2, Western Lebanon County Regional Police were dispatched to the Corvette Bar and Grille in Annville Township for a man lurking outside the bar with a gun.
The bar manager told officers he tossed the man, later identified as John V. Prozzillo, out of the bar for taking pictures of girls. After being thrown out, Prozzillo, of Lebanon, stayed in the area and parked his car with his lights off.
Another witness who was with the manager told police he tried to take a picture of Prozzillo’s license plate, but it was covered with a piece of cardboard.
