WATCH: Cobb County firefighters seen saving drowning dog from well

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Cobb County firefighters saved a dog’s life earlier this month, Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services said.

In a video posted to the department’s Facebook page, fire crews are seen rescuing a dog from a well near a home on Nov. 10. The department said that the well was 40 feet deep.

The department did not state how the dog ended up at the bottom of the well.

According to the department, the dog is “doing great.”
