Orange and San Diego counties were placed under a flood advisory by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 9:31 p.m. The advisory is in effect until 11:29 p.m.
According to the NWS San Diego CA , “Flooding caused by moderate to locally heavy rainfall is expected.”
“Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,” the NWS said. “Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.”
