Efrain Juarez has claimed that he's aware of interest from Celtic over taking over as the club's new manager.
The Hoops have been in talks to appoint Wilfried Nancy as Brendan Rodgers' permanent successor and had hoped to have the French in place before today's AGM.
However, progress seems to have stalled, with Martin O'Neill remaining in temporary charge for the time being and will take the team for Saturday's clash with St Mirren .
Now Pumas head coach Juarez, who spent two years as a Celtic player between 2010 and 2012, says his former club have made their interest known and have been monitoring his results in Mexico.
