Seven Louisville restaurants inspected between Nov. 3-9 earned a "C" score with a critical violation.
Each restaurant in Jefferson County is scored out of a possible 100 points. A score of 85 or above, with no critical violations, will earn a location an "A." A score of 84 or below, or citing one or more critical violations, regardless of the score, will earn a location a "C."
According to Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness , a "B" score is given to a facility that has ongoing compliance issues, such as two consecutive failed inspection scores or closure due to an imminent health hazard.
Restaurants that earn a "C" and fail will be inspected again by the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness within seven to 10 days.
