Three additional Allston car wash employees were ordered released from ICE custody after they were detained earlier this month.

The first three of the detainees were granted bond during a hearing on Monday and were awaiting release.

Their attorney, Todd Pomerleau, who represents the nine total detainees, told NewsCenter 5 that some of the employees said they didn't understand why they were arrested.

"I met with two of them today and they are just absolutely shell-shocked," Pomerleau said.

The employees were arrested after a raid at the Allston Car Wash on Cambridge Street on Nov. 4. The business reopened the next day, but with a sign warning of reduced hours.
