Police are asking for the public's help following a serious incident in a pub. According to GMP, a number of people were assaulted after disturbance broke out inside Elliots, Tyldesley.

The incident took place inside the establishment and spilled out onto Elliot Street around 11pm on Thursday (November 20). Police say it involved "volatile and aggressive behaviour" which saw several people hurt.

Officers are urging anyone who witnessed the fracas to come forward.

A GMP spokesperson said: "At around 11pm, a disturbance began inside Elliots Bar, Tyldesley, and continued onto Elliott Street, involving volatile and aggressive behaviour.
