The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad is asking for help locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

Randall Toole, 48, is wanted for violating his day parole, the ROPE squad said in a statement. He is serving a seven-year, one-month sentence for possession for the purposes of drug trafficking and failing to comply with a court order.

Toole is known to frequent Sarnia, Brantford as well as Alberta and British Columbia.

Toole is described as a white male, 5’8” (173 cm) in height, weighing 185.2 lbs. (84 kg) with brown hair, blue eyes and several tattoos.
