LAVAL - A 13-year-old girl died Thursday evening after she was struck by a school bus moments after she had exited the vehicle in Montreal's northern suburb.

Erika Landry, a spokesperson for Laval police, says emergency vehicles were called to an intersection in the Ste-Rose district around 5:40 p.m.
