Srinagar, Nov 21: Despite explicit instructions from the Committee for Fixation and Regulation of Fees of Private Schools in Jammu and Kashmir (JKFFRC) directing all private schools to refrain from charging admission fees or any unauthorised amounts, several institutions across the Union Territory are still collecting such fees from parents.
Zahoor Ahmad, a parent from Srinagar, told Rising Kashmir that some private schools are continuing to demand admission and other fees that have not been approved by the fee fixation committee.
