WASHINGTON, D.C. – President Trump's former National Security Advisor John Bolton could be facing additional federal charges, according to the Department of Justice. The Department is currently sorting through documents retrieved from Bolton's Maryland home and Washington, D.C. office.
Some of these documents include classified information that Bolton is accused of sharing during President Trump's first term. The intelligence community is required to review all documents before Bolton's defense team can access them.
This review process is expected to continue into next summer.
