Joint law enforcement operation leads to arrest of child rape suspect in Spokane

Spokane, WA – On November 21, 2025, at approximately 8:42 am, Judson Whitney Morris III was arrested on multiple felony charges, including six counts of Rape of a Child in the First Degree, two counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree, one count of Rape of a Child in the Second Degree, one count of Rape of a Child in the Third Degree, and two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Judson Morris III was taken into custody in the 3000 block of W. Boone Avenue by members of the United States Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF).

The Tacoma Police Department initiated the investigation and sought arrest warrants for Judson Morris III following allegations of his involvement in these offenses. Judson Mor
