Six of the nine employees arrested in a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid at Allston Car Wash earlier this month have been released on bond, according to the attorney representing them.

Lawyer Todd Pomerleau told WCVB-TV that three more of the workers had been granted bond this week, bringing the total to six.

He told the station that none of the nine have a criminal record and some have legal status in the United States and documentation, despite ICE’s claims that all of them were here illegally.
