RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - A Reno resident has been arrested after police say they threatened multiple people working with the Washoe County Human Service Agency.

On Wednesday employees with the HSA reported that 32-year-old Cliffonda McCarver had been sending them violent and threatening communications, including numerous phone calls, voicemails, and text messages that police say threatened sexual, assault, murder, and active shooter violence.

Police were able to locate McCarver the next day and book them into the Washoe County Detention Facility on charges of felony charge of coercion with force or threat of force and four misdemeanor counts of harassment.
