UPDATE Ramos wins game of chance to become new Sunbury Council member

SUNBURY — Andrew Ramos will serve on Sunbury City Council for the next two years after he won a game of chance Friday.

Ramos and Victoria Rosancrans tied in the Nov. 4 General Election when each candidate earned 752 votes.
