A woman was charged after she continued driving to work after hitting a horse buggy, injuring a 17-year-old last month in Lancaster County, police said in court documents.
Reyna Mondragon Reza, 41, of Chester County, was charged with a misdemeanor count of accident involving injury while not licensed, and driving with a suspended or revoked license, and multiple traffic offenses, according to charging documents filed by Pennsylvania State police.
Police said Reza rear-ended the wheel of an eastbound buggy around 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 10 near 447 Ashville Road in Little Britain Township.
The impact launched the 17-year-old from his seat through the air on the open buggy before he landed in the grass off the road, court documents said.
