HIGH POINT, N.C. — Guilford County leaders will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Dec. 4 to consider a proposed economic development incentive for a company identified as Project Ticket.

The hearing is set for 5:30 p.m. in the County Commissioners’ Meeting Room at the Old County Courthouse in Greensboro.

The proposal calls for a $300,000 incentive grant to support a potential project in High Point. The company is considering leasing a facility at 2506 Sinclair Avenue as part of a $30 million investment. County officials say the project could create 99 new jobs with an average salary of $62,250.

If approved, the incentive would be funded through the county’s General Fund and issued under Guilford County’s economic development guidelines.
