Coal Hill 25-year-old shot Clarksville man after victim ‘flinched,’ suspect told investigators

COAL HILL -- A man facing a homicide charge after a shooting in Coal Hill City Park told police he shot the victim once in the torso and a second time as the man was falling to the ground.
