The road to the Alabama 6A state championship runs through Pike Road Friday night as the undefeated Saraland Spartans (11-0) travel to face the surging Pike Road Patriots (10-2) in a much-anticipated quarterfinal matchup.

The Spartans enter after surviving a 35-31 thriller against Spain Park in the second round, while the Patriots displayed defensive dominance in their convincing 28-6 victory over Bessemer City last week.

This clash at Pike Road Stadium promises to deliver championship-caliber football as these powerhouse programs battle for a coveted semifinal berth in the AHSAA 6A tournament.

Opening kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CT on Friday, November 21 with a live TV broadcast on NFHS Network .
