District Attorney Stephen Zappala met with Pittsburgh city leaders and business owners on the South Side on Friday for a conversation on how to improve the neighborhood for businesses and residents.

“I've been asking to meet with the DA for the entire time I've been in office,” Charland said. “I want to see the bars and restaurants and businesses on East Carson Street succeed. I'm incredibly pro-business. I think the neighborhood is pro-business as well. There are one or two really bad actors that kind of spoil the bunch for everyone else. And that's where we're at right now.”
